We are currently seeking a Billing Analyst to be located in Coppell, TX and report to the Supervisor Accounts Receivable.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Process Broker Commission Payments and supply brokers with monthly reports Work with contract desk on setup of new broker relationships Work with Corporate Accounting to balance any differences in rebate accruals.
Partner with Sales Managers to ensure contracts have been fully executed with the customer Ensure the terms of the contract are adhered to for the scheduled Complete month end close by processing manual billing jobs throughout the day and up until 8:
30pm CST Work directly with Business Analyst to resolve billing errors that are trade spend related.
All invoicing must be completed each month end close Capturing any orders that did not invoice and justifying why Daily invoice resolution to avoid delayed invoicing by reviewing the Billing Error Log and Shipped Not Billed Report Work closely with Finance Partners for new price submissions and price changes.
Work with internal and external partners when necessary for customer notifications (price increase, discontinued material, terms & conditions, etc.
).
Key qualifications include:
Minimum 2 years of college and 2 years of experience withing the Accounting and Finance field (Degree preferred) Proficiency using SAP and Microsoft Office Problem Solving skills Analyze high volume data and effectively present it to stakeholders Must be detail oriented Organizational and follow-up skills Effective communication (oral and written) and presentation skills To our veterans and separated service members:
