Management Analyst: Utilize standard occupational tools and knowledge to perform the duties listed below. Utilize knowledge of Business, Accounting and Management to design, develop and document programs and statistical models on sales and financial data. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. Utilize guest data analytics to provide actionable insights to decision making. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program. Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Design, develop and document programs and statistical models on sales and financial data. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Create standard, ad-hoc, and dash-broad reports under SAS BI, SQL, and MS Excel technical environments. Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.

No travel is involved, and no telecommuting, but upon completion of each long-term project the employee may be required to relocate. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Requirements: Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or in a related field of study and 6 months of directly related experience that provided the required skills and abilities. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
