Senior Technology Project & Program Manager
What you'll do:
o Draft technical documentation and training content for our tax forms development teams, as well as assist with CTO communications and announcements. o Establish communications and documentation strategies in support of the Forms to Market Optimization initiative o Lead development teams in the creation of product architecture documentation, user & on-boarding guides and questionnaires o Facilitate project velocity by ensuring the timely delivery of mission-critical information to all functional teams o Create templates and resources for development and programs management teams and oversee version control o Maintain and manage a backlog o Facilitate ease of access to all technical documentation and training content o Advise CTO on audience-oriented communications strategies Who you are:
o Thorough knowledge of the SDLC with a strong technical background o Strong experience in Planning, Monitoring, Collaboration, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Design Definition, and Solutions Evaluation o Able to administer SharePoint and Confluence content o Experienced with tracking work in Jira o Skilled wordsmith with the ability to context switch as appropriate o Extremely organized and able to self-govern and pace Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience:
7-10
years of related technology project management / program management experience
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
